* Experience in policy formulation in the justice sphere, in particular in issues related to reform of justice.

* Minimum University degree in law

* Excellent communication and facilitation skills

* Fluent English, Armenian and/or Russian would be an advantage

* At least 3, preferably 5 or more years of professional experience

* Knowledge of current reform agenda in RA would be an asset

* Experience within international organizations (EU preferred)

* Proven experience of cooperation with Ministry of Justice and/or advocacy, courts or prosecution in CIS or EU

* Proven knowledge and understanding of Continental Justice system,

* Experience in justice policy development, implementation, planning or monitoring in the region.

* Experience in social partnership in judicial sector and drafting of legal acts

* Experience in international (preferably EU) projects on Justice/law/legal training

* Experience in the Justice chain reforms
