Qualifications and skills
• University degree in law, or in a related field, at least Master Degree;
• A minimum of 10 years professional experience as an investigator (police officer, prosecutor etc.) ad/or academic field, at least 5 years of practical experience in criminal investigation;
• Good drafting skills;
• Preferably, knowledge of Moldovan context;
• Good working knowledge of use of standard computer software
• Fluent English, oral and written. Knowledge of the State language of the Republic of Moldova or Russian would be an asset;

Specific professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of European/international standards as concerns investigation of criminal cases strong knowledge of investigative methodology and tactics and organisation of investigative bodies, independence of investigations;
• Preferably academic activity in the filed.
• Preferably previous experience in investigating ill-treatment and/or corruption cases.
• Preferably knowledge of the situation on investigation of criminal cases in Moldova.
