Qualifications and skills
• University degree in law, or related fields, at least Master Degree;
• A minimum of 10 years professional experience in the administration of justice, or related field, out of which at least 5 years in policy formulation;
• Good drafting skills;
• Preferably, knowledge of Moldovan context;
• Good working knowledge of use of standard computer software
• Fluent English, oral and written. Knowledge of the State language of the Republic of Moldova or Russian would be an asset;

Specific professional experience
• Previous experience in justice reform and/or Sector Policy Programming.
• In-depth knowledge of European standards related to independence, transparency, and efficiency of judicial systems;
• Knowledge and/or previous experience in dealing with budget support, public financial management in Justice Sector or related fields.
• Knowledge of and experience in EC Programmes identification and formulation.
• Preferably knowledge of the situation of Judiciary in Moldova.
