- Requirements:

* At least 10 years of relevant professional experience

- Education:

*A minimum of an advanced degree (MSc, M.A. or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (e.g. social science, development studies, sociology, economics, management, or equivalent subject area).

* Relevant professional experience could replace an advanced degree.

- Experience:

* Previous experience in the field of Trade Related Assistance projects, preferably in ACP regions

* A solid understanding of 9th EDF procedures (specifically on Programme Estimates and procurement of supplies).

* Excellent team spirit, communication skills and interaction abilities, good listener, pragmatic and result-oriented.

- Language skills:

* Excellent written and communication skills in English
