• Advanced university degree in economics, public administration, management, law and/or areas relevant for the assignment.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Rights.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Track record in EC assistance programmes and relevant procedures will be considered an asset.
• A background in Ombudsman Institutions will be considered an asset in the selection process.
